 Questions and Answers Q: What is check-in and check-out time ? A: Check-in time is between 3 to 9pm, check-out time is 11am or to be arranged with your host. Q: What happens if we arrive very late? A: Not a problem as long as you advise us of such. If you are delayed for some reason and will not make it on the scheduled time please phone and let us know. Q: Is your area safe for visitors? A: Very safe we have found Kincardine to be a very open friendly place. Q: What is required for reservations? A: $50.00 deposit (per room) is required prior to your stay, via certified cheque, money order. For group booking inquiries please contact the host. Q: Is smoking allowed? A: Not inside the home but you may smoke in the garden. Q: If we arrive by boat? A: A shuttle service will be arranged free of charge. Q: When do we make the total payment or pay the remaining balance? A: Upon arrival or arrangements can be made with the host. Q: Are your rates quoted in Canadian or American dollars? A: All rates quoted in Canadian dollars. Q: Do you offer a discount for longer stays or off-season? A: Yes, we will be happy to discuss this with you. Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: If notice (of cancellation) is given 7 days prior to the arrival date your deposit is refundable. After the 7 days no refund is given. (If you don't show up - no refund.) Q: What time is breakfast served? A: Between 8am and 10am. Q: Laundry, is it free? A: Yes, please arrange with your host. Q: Are pets allowed? A: At the present we are not accepting pets. |
